You can even give access to Note Press for your Authors, Contributors and Editors.
Simply click on Note Press on Admin Menu and view list of all notes.
Admins can configured Note Press so that anyone with Contributor access and above can read and write notes with Note Press..
Admins and Super Admins will be able to see all notes sent to and from all users with Note Press access..
Note Press will allow you to create Sticky notes on WordPress Admin Dashboard and allow you to chose the color of the note.
A Sticky note will be the only way that users, like contributors who have access to the dashboard but do not have Note Press access, can see notes sent to them...
If I may be so bold to make suggestion, make few more enhancements, develop Pro version with say White Label possibilities and sell it for $20.00 and I will buy it as way of thanking you for your thoughtfulness because you deserve return on your effort.
