I have tried to keep this plugin as simple as possible, you are not going to be overwhelmed with options like some of the contact forms plugins out there.
Use the shortcode to display form on page or post, the shortcode can be added or calling it on toolbar by clicking the form icon.

Go to form options and choose your style or if you want to get more advanced styling please instal.

Form submissions are send using the function is similar to php mail function, check with your hosting provider if this options is enabled on your server...
Check the secret and private key on the plugin options page...
