By calling pco image field inside widget's form part you will be able to give your users way to add subject from the WordPress Media Frame..

Add the plugin by either downloading the folder and uploading it to the wp-content plugins directory or install it from Control Panel using Plugins->Add New..
Here what each setting does.. champion The text in the lower left corner of the Media Frame.
Defaults to ´Image´. update-text The text on the button in the high of the Media Frame.
Note that this plugin will not save your widget data or show image anywhere on the front-end.
It simply store the inside the variety and wait for you to save the widget.
Once the example is found you will be able to retrieve the id from the widget data...
Then you will have to output the image in your theme..
