The plugin to help you make template pages in not hard way and make hard based on the role provided with this plugin and assigned to different users..
After installing the plugin to make page templates go to plguin folder and inaugurate slugs.php.
Here you will see array where key is page slug of the page you want to create and value is the label of the page to display...
Now go to directory of the folder and create php issue with the name that you provided as the variety key in following step...
Give the name of the role that you want to create.
Here you will find the list of pages you created in the folder.
Go to wp-admin->users and select user spotlight and assign him the role you want that you created in following step.
Upload page-restriction-with-role to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress...
