The plugin allows for user to search Flickr for content, and then for the user to add attribution to the picture before adding it into their post.
Click on choose for the picture you like.
The picture is brought back, and added to the library.
You can now either insert the picture into the post, or set it as the featured image...
Upload plugin-name php to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress...
