If you'd name to take look at the plugin in I suggest taking look at Pile Gallery page.. Pile Gallery can use any categories tags or custom taxonomy and create pileed galleries from your posts based on them.
It will take the image of each post in books and put them in pile.
The resulting subject can then be double-clicked to go to the post or image..
number of them can be clear on the back and the front end to make Pile Gallery awesome.

Pile gallery can also assemble gallery out of classified media number categorization of media is not in WordPress default.
We recommend using Media Categories to add categories to your media...
