Download the zip file from WordPress plugin site and unzip the files..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.
Go to Appearance > Widgets and there you will find widget called Pinterest image feed.
Simply drag it onto one of your sidebars and use the widget options to configure to your Pinterest account...
