You also have some generall seetings where you can yank international champion and terms if you don´t want to give each page name 404 individual meta data...
Page or Article settings of the meta data....
Upload the unzipped plugin to wp-content plugins directory FTP.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress..
This is fast and dirty champion & terms meta data insert...
