When checked, the button is disabled.
But Akismet can still create bit of usage, when confronted with lot of spam.
I found similar feature Contact Form 7, so bit of credit goes there..
For reference without any captcha I had around spam comments hour, with reCAPTCHA around 200, but with this method there are only about 2-3 spam comments per hour...

Resolved problem with the settings submit button.
The button had bug where it would delete the two fields, elaving them blank.
Tiny aesthetic changes for the settings page.. 0.5.2.
jQuery, needed for the plugin to work, should now be included by the plugin, if not included by wordpress previously.. 0.1-beta initial release...
