You can add contents to the director box as you do for wordpress posts or pages and that content will be shown in the popups.
But you need to add and save the locate code in the Text of the director Visual mode.
If you add code in the mode and switch to mode WordPress automatically remove some empty divs referred as. display none. and the markup links.
So just make sure you add codes in the mode of the director and it will work fine.....
