In short this plugin modifies. the content. and the post thumbnail part re-rendering the subject with use of SRCSET predict.
Other plugins do this for templated subject but in the part itself.
This plugin automatically work with only uploaded subject as well...
Upload post-script-responsive folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress...
Browse the code recheck out SVN repository or subscribe to the development log RSS....
