Upload folder to your wp-content plugins directory.. Activate the plugin from Admin > Plugins menu..
Use Settings > Post Terms Order interface to customised the order as need....
I have PHP knowledge at i will still be able to use this plugin..
Unlike many other plugins you don't have to do any code shifts to topic for making this code ready for use...
However when it came to taxonomies nothing was available to sort. Post Terms Order and Taxonomy Terms Order failed to work.
