The plugin adds posts thumbnail in dashboard. posts list. table and allows to recheck.

Upload the plugin issues to the wp-content plugins post-thumbnail directory or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen in WordPress.
Use Settings->Post Thumbnail screen to configure the plugin...
Does this plugin add thumbnails custom post types..
You must go to plugin settings page and just recheck the post type you want to add the thumbnails...
This happen only if the post type does not support thumbnail feature.
