Install using WordPress plugin installer, or manually as outlined in Codex..
Once activated, navigate to Settings -> Publication Schedule to set the active days and times for posts to be published...
When new post is saved, the plugin will check all scheduled posts against the publication schedule and update the post's publish date to the next time slot...
Admins and Editors can use 'Publish Now to publish post immediately, or override the scheduled date on the Post and Quick Edit screens.
Authors do not have the ability to set custom date...
The time slot that the post was scheduled for is freed and becomes available for the next new post.
