Pretty File Links plugin adds application to the uploader to make links yanked from the content look lot attractive.
It can also be used as directly shortcode and can well be extended with additional badges just dropping the css issues in to the directory.
Upload PrettyFileLinks to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
Configure the plugin badges by going to Pretty File Links option under settings in your admin menu....
