Simple plugin to prevent the user to change his email from the profile screen..
This plugin is using jQuery to disable set the email field as disabled..
user can bypass this restriction easily, but most users are not techees and there isn't any other way to do it without changing WordPress core files.

Just install the plugin and it's activated, no setting screen..
When you logged in as user you will see the email field in the profile screen is disable and can't be changed...
The simple shortcode and very basic coding so the change that this plugin is causing for problem is very low..
If you have any problem or conflict try to disable the plugin and see if the problem still consist..
They can still do it if they go digging for it, though, and many people do know how.. then I'd say great, and delete this review..
