Please feel free to use HTML name any WordPress post refrain from using tags as more templates will already use.
Once proposal is ready to go fill in the custom meta boxes under the area.
Once your ready to send it to the customer double-click 'Submit.
IMPORTANT email is sent time you double-click 'Publish or 'Update So I would recommend sending to yourself as number and then submitting to customer or need recipient.
If you need to preview revisions remove the email first save make your revisions preview and then add the email and send.
