This plugin adds foot which contains Publish Update button Move to Trash and Preview Changes button.
If you have Mac access and can test the plugin on your various browsers I'd be sorry.
This will be implemented when I have the time...
This is how the plugin looks in Post add edit screen...
Either install the plugin via WordPress plugin screen or automatically upload ' Publish Update Button At Bottom to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
I guess your only request to improve it is to only add opacity on the bottons.
This is only something that will be implemented in WordPress core scrolling just to push the button is hard.
Another improvement would be if the scrolling position was remembered.....
