Yes, deactivating Pure Chat plugin will stop the widget from showing up, but your preferred widget settings will remain for when you want to reactivate it...
Also like how easy it was to install and setup the plug-in and design the interface.
My only complaint is that I had bit of trouble getting the chat website to verify my installation of the plugin by providing the url but somehow after trying over and over again, it managed to verify and I could start using the plugin...
This chat plugin is very good, however sometimes I miss the chat, because it somitimes doesn't notify with sound... my review fynefield.
