Install using WordPress Plugins Repository installer or upload the folder to your wp-content plugins directory..

I wish I could specify the order of the in the popup.
It sorts them based on the order field in the edit or quick edit screen, so if you don't change the in that field the number defaults to 0.
I tend to change the in the order field so that they display for me in the Pages section, so no worries.
