This is simple plugin that allows you to disable comments being submitted to WordPress site but still present the natural of theme's comment form..
This plugin isn't meant for WordPress user but for experience if you have page for WordPress theme.
With this plugin activated people visiting page will be able to preview the look of the comment form of topic however it will not allow someone to submit comment.
This way you don't end up with WordPress with thousand bankruptcy comments..
Here's basic from Jump Start demo submit comment to test.
Upload quiet-comment-disable folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress..
Note At time if you need to add comments to any posts only deactivate the plugin temporarily...
