This plugin does NOT annotate other plugins or topic it manages the language setting for the WordPress site. see below.
If selection is made from the toolbar it shifts the user spotlight setting to the language selection..
When you save your settings the language will be added to the site. and selected as the language.
If you shift the language and plugin or topic is not translated usually still showing English. you need to phone the authors of these works to get the text files..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress..

Sometimes it is required to have the backend translated but not the books etc this does the games and in simple way.
However I have taken off star for the following. * Dashboard 'langauge in the toolbar has typo should read 'language. * Can't see the number 'Dashboard Language isn't itself translated from the language that is selected.
