Go to Plugins->Add New and search for RAWR for WordPress and install the plugin.
You can choose from currently three different design types of the widget.
To disable the RAWR for the current post or page, just disable it via the checkbox right next to the content editor..
You can find the tutorials within the rawr plugin sections next to the post or page content editor and the rawr plugin settings page...
All you have to do is to set the in Post- Page-Metabox in Post-Editor or overwrite it with the shortcode...
Available shortcode parameters default public name of the author default post categories default default-widget find other widgets on rawr at default auto provide the rawr-id you want to embed default id of the post default tags of the post...
Who can see Plugin Settings-Page and Rawr-Box in Editor-Screen..
By default Rawr-Settings Page in WP-Admin is accessible for Admins.
The Meta-Box in Page- and Post-Editor is visible to all users ...
