Empty Trash link to the subsubsub nav links of Comments, Pages and Post list pages...
Empty Trash links on Pages, Posts and Comments list screens...
Not seeing the new link on Posts or Pages.
Empty Trash link will show on Posts and Pages when there is something in the trash.
It will always show on Comments screen...
