The RSS Image Feed doesn't create feed of images, but ataches the image of the post to your feeds.
With our plugin there will be image even in the excerpt and in the content there will be one image instead of all the images of the post.
The plugin was tested up to WP 4.5 It should work with versions down to 2.7 but was never tested on those...
Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress...
Try emptying the cache of your browser and reload the feed.
How easy is this to configure the image sizes in the RSS feeds so they are relative across all browsers.
