Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
Go to Tools -> Import screen, Click on RSS...

Old code $categories = $wpdb->escape ).
New code $categories = str replace, $wpdb->escape ) )... not working sederic.
