It allows the visitors to rate author of post, if they like any.
On Average rating stars, Want to 'Rate this Author. button and list of approved visitors is shown up automatically..
Want to 'Rate this Author. button popup form populates in the lightbox.
author also has access to review list but he can approve or delete those reviews.
admin can also change default error and success Admin -> Rate this Author -> Settings..
