Add related tags list on the tag page, based on posts that have this tag..
When you open tag page i.e example com tag facebook, plugin checking posts that marked with tag.
Facebook., check the other tags in these posts, and put the related tag list back...
Upload to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.
Place in your tag template ..
Also you can use in your sidebar .. you can customize view with $args is the same with wp tag cloud and here is defaults...
