Upload the this plugin to your blog, Activate it. e.g..
Upload plugin-name php to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.
Configure using the menu under Settings in your admin page...
I abandoned Yoast SEO and downloaded few plugins to give me only what I need...
