Remove admin menus by roles

Select which admin menus to remove for which roles...
Upload the plugin files to the wp-content plugins directory, or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen WordPress.
Go to the Remove admin menus by role...
Have used Adminimize and some other such plugins in the past and continue to do so, but perhaps not for long as this does what I want done without any configuration bulk...
