Many thanks to Pete Stoves help me to debug and add multi-select part in plugin..
Just unzip plugin and move all of topic to plugins WordPress directory then go to Admin > Plugins to active Done...

The plugin does not work well it's only possible to add the limitations to create new post however the user can also edit any post.....
Are there any improvements i need to make to work for it. thanks and keep up the best work excellent product....
This plugin is best and does what it says.
The author can view all posts in all categories but can not edit them within the categories he has access to.....
Browse the code recheck out SVN repository or subscribe to the development log RSS....
