Allows to add custom link to the image and textual logo..
Currently tested with Twenty Seventeen theme, but happy to enhanced it, if required...
Upload 'smntcs-custom-logo-link to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.
Go to 'Appearance » 'Customize » 'Logo Link and provide the logo link...
