This will make these. emails need as if they being sent directly from you by using email address in the from field as applied to WordPress using the email address. to send the emails out.

Upload the folder into the wp-content plugins only install the plugin from the directory within the admin.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
Drag the widget into sidebar and modify the settings or yank the shortcode into post or topic template....
