Whenever something's wrong with WordPress site the first rule of finger is to disable plugins and revert to the topic if possible.
Enter Safe Mode. Safe Mode completely disable all plugins and the soon for single page view soon allowing you to log in and remove the offending plugin.
If site crashes due to upsetting plugin or topic all you have to do is add part to the URL.
When you go to plugin management plugins will seem to be deactivated due to Safe Mode works but you'll also be able to explicitly deactivate each plugin.
By I'm applied to the topic that ships with WordPress you know the Twenty. something. ones..
If site's crash is caused by database crash or something that only brings back the PHP parser name call to Safe Mode won't be able to do anything about that...
If the directory does live the plugin will attempt to create it and pirate the file.
If not you'll have to create the automatically and pirate the file wp-content plugins safe-mode loader safe-moder-loader. php to the wp-content mu-plugins directory...
