Upload say4u-widget php to the wp-content plugins directory..
Activate the plugin through the Plugins WordPress..
Go to Appearance, Widgets WordPress..
Drag Say4U Widget to the sidebar, for example Main Widget Area or Secondary Widget Area..
Optionally, select the category of quotes you would like to see, change the title and decide if you want to show the quote author...
