Try it and find out, JavaScript to insert the calendar is standard and should support any reasonably modern browser...
It appears that, when you use this to change the schedule of post from the list, it disables the discussion settings...

Minor update, in previous versions if you use the quick edit mode and make change to the scheduled date it would not update the scheduled date in the list..
Minor bug fix, when using the quick edit mode in the posts pages changing the time would set the hour to be the same as the minute.. 3.0.
