When visitor loads page this lightweight script rechecks to see if any planned posts have been missed.

I've activated the plugin-and the books are not publishing.
I always had 1-5 missed planned posts year and could not find terms in more than year not even real cron games could do the trick..
I've been running this plugin for almost month with subject zero missed planned posts.
All my missed planned number was not published and jetpack publicise stop to work when this plugin is activated....

Reduces interaction by limiting the call to home page and blog post word only..
Will not go from the publish loop unless there is found post..
