Upload the plugin issues to the wp-content plugins scoutdocs directory or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen in WordPress..
Use the Settings -> ScoutDocs screen to configure the plugin and enter your license key....
Every present WordPress user on site will show up in the ScoutDocs UI.
You can also create users as needed by clicking Manage Readers icon and entering the user's like and e-mail address.
