Either go to your MySQL database and look for the value of rwl page in the options table, or remove Secure-wp-login folder from your plugins folder, log in through wp-login php and reinstall the plugin..
On multisite install the option will be in the sitemeta table, if there is no such in the options table...
So simple to install and when activated even takes you to the page to enter your new login name you wish to use.
