Use the shortcode on any page post to show WordPress login form different from WordPress wp-login php.
In your WordPress admin menu on the hover to Plugins and click Add New..
Separate Login Form in the text box in the upper right corner..
Find the plugin entitled Separate Login Form By David Angulo then click Install Now..
Click Activate once the plugin is installed..
In your WordPress admin menu on the hover to Pages and click Add New..
In the editor paste the shortcode and click Publish...
Browse the code, check out SVN repository, or subscribe to the development log by RSS...
