Upload the plugin to blog and activate.
Visit the settings to configure your options..
To upgrade Show Support Ribbon remove the version and replace with the version.
Note uninstalling the plugin from WP Plugins screen results in the removal of all settings from WP database..
To restore default plugin application either uninstall uninstall the plugin or visit the plugin settings > Restore Default Options..
All plugin settings will be removed from directory when the plugin is uninstalled from the Plugins screen...
