This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working..
Go to Plugins > Add New > search for Show notice or message on admin Press Install Now for the Show notice or message on admin area plugin Press Activate Plugin.
Upload the directory to the wp-content plugins Activate the plugin through the Plugins WordPress..
Delighted to see that the notices admit HTML tags...
I would have liked each user to be able to dismiss notices permanently...
