This Plugin lets you display sidebar automaticaly with any coding what so and it works with topic of the box..

Extract the zip issue and just drop the category in the wp-content plugins directory of WordPress installation..
Then activate Plugin from Plugins page..
Either call the sidebar in topic using. .. . which will be replaced based on the user role.. .
