The Simple Constant Contact Plugin is fast and not hard plugin to interface with constant phone terms.
It takes the visitor's like and email and allows it to send that directly to Constant Contact account.

Install Simple Constant Contact either via WordPress. org plugin directory or by uploading the files to server.
Then to Constant Contact account and authorize the plugin..
Copy Access Token code when approves the plugin and paste it back from the field label ' Constant Contact Access Token on WordPress application page..
Enter List like you want the email addresses to group under in Constant Contact default is Simple Constant Contact..
If you name you can leave the formatting as is or create your own stylesheets to match your theme....
