Upload 'simple-image-watermark directory to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
Error message says that I don't have GD extension installed.
Contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable GD for your host because GD extension you won't be able to watermark your images.....
