This plugin makes widget available which allows you to add simple link list bulleted or numbered to sidebar...
Install this plugin in the usual way by downloading and unzipping the folder into plugins directory wp-content plugins..
In addition you can add custom badge to the list number that will be added to the feet tag of the list.....
Nice easy to use interface that has all the center options..
