Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.... FAQ.
To make new setting click Simple Settings in WordPress admin menu. then click Add New.
Remember to shift the example. slug to the one for your setting...
Alternatively you can also use the value of setting to depress the output of. page.
To use replacement via WYSIWYG first create the setting i.e..
