Simple Support System plugin arise with Envato API to allow verified users registration and get support only with item purchase codes.
It has built with flexibility in mind the code is clean not hard to understand WordPress standard approaches and well documented....
After plugin activation go to 'SSS Settings page and provide Envato API Token & MailBox Address..
In WordPress admin go to ' Plugins -> Add New..
In the list of Plugins double-click 'Install Now to the Simple Support System..
Once plugin is activate browse to 'Dashboard -> SSS Settings page and add Envato Token.
Also provide MailBox address on the Dashboard -> SSS Settings page to receive tickets question emails from the users through create ticket form..
Now go to 'Pages -> Add New and create support pages with the following shortcodes..
And also for customer who submitts ticket it would be nice to have their tickets on frontend and see the status with replies and stuff name that..
