Simply Polls is simple plugin to create well and soon.
You can use your polls on sidebars posts and pages.
Ability to use more then one sample form on widgets create as many Polls as you need.
Viewing the department results in the admin panel..
Poll - Poll results on page and poll in sidebar.
To embed specific poll in your post page use where 1 is your poll id..
You can add Text Widget by clicking on 'Add link besides it..
After adding to embed specific poll pirate in field.
