Upload the plugin issues to the wp-content plugins directory or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen in WordPress.
Visit the plugins settings page under Invoicing item to add your settings....
In WordPress admin area you will notice that with the active you have new top level menu known Invoicing.
In here is settings page where you can add and save settings such as company like address phone email and your firm terms details.
You can output list of all the invoices includes on the system which is split Month Month using the built in shortcode.
The plugin is built in very extensible way and there are number of hooks and filters.
If you want to replace any of template you can only pirate the file in question and place it in folder in your topic root known wpminv and it will be used instead.
Originally I was going to call the WP Mark Invoicing need against half way through and did shift the part likes etc.....
